Customer Care
Once we’ve chatted about your requirements, we create your proposal. The proposal details each element of your shoot and the cost. This might simply be a 2 hour shoot happening inside your premises, or a complete programme of events over a number of days with elements such as locations , timings and other specifications. All proposal costs include the editing!
Contract and confirmation
Once you are completely happy with the proposal, we send the final event document and our contract detailing any specific terms and conditions. We then invoice for a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. Once the deposit is received we invoice for the outstanding balance which should be settled 7 working days before the shoot. With short lead-time events we can be a bit more flexible, dealing with payment terms on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation policy
If the client cancels more than 10 working days before the event a refund will be made, less the 20% non-refundable deposit. If the client cancels within 10 working days of the shoot, we are unable to offer any refund.
