To start with Kurt Cobain details how a lady acquaintance is eyeing him up like a Pisces, this I take to mean she looks like a fish or rather maybe stares blankly like a fish. Kurt doesn't really say but then again it's not like she could be eyeing him up like a Libra or a Sagittarius as that would be silly considering one is an inanimate object and one is mythical creature. I might be splitting hairs here but still.
He doesn't seem to elaborate on his relationship with this woman except detail about how she likes to lock him up in a heart shaped box for weeks, possibly without food and how she lured him in with a very elaborate 'magnet tar pit trap' which most people would struggle to get free from quite honestly what with the power of magnets being combined with the sticky nature of tar, all in all a solid plan for abduction from his lady friend.
Then again if that isn't weird enough a scene set, he talks frankly about her transgressing the realm of race in a rather postmodern turn of events, and in an even more frankly postmodern way he talks about eating her Cancer after this. How would he serve it up? Raw, cooked or in a sauce? The possibilities are endless but saying how he's been locked up in a box for weeks he'll probably just be glad to have some nourishment.

This I quite rich considering he's already being stared at by some nutcase of a woman who has trapped him and tried to starve him in a box, but yet Kurt finds something else to moan about, now I know he was depressive and a bit weird in the head but still he really needs to sort out his priorities, however with this being said he still takes the time to compliment this woman on her advice. Then again the advice of a strange abductor is likely to be very hit or miss in a lot of cases.

I think (and with good reason considering the mans lifestyle) that Kurt may have been on the old wacky baccy at some point as he's started seeing flowers eating meat, and unforgiving at that, all this tells me is either Day of the Triffids was on to something or he's having a seriously bad trip. Things get more complicated as he starts describing someone (possibly his captor) giving birth in front of his eyes, being trapped in a box I would suspect he is a bit of a spectator in this sorry state of affairs, his only offer of help is to offer to climb in her uterus using the umbilical cord as a rudimentary rope so he can take a look around. More worryingly he starts talking about a noose which judging by his rather successful suicide rate sounds a bit like a cry for help. How did no one pick up on this?!
